** Key Responsibilities**###
** Strategic Growth
*** Identify growth opportunities across product lines, customer segments, and regions through structured analysis.
* Partner with cross‐functional teams to develop and execute proactive selling strategies.
* Build competitive intelligence on aftermarket resellers, including pricing models, customer targeting, and market positioning.
* Identify high‐impact campaigns to regain share and optimize volume.###
** Data Integrity
*** Ensure accuracy of data used across the BW Packaging parts ecosystem to support correct performance metrics and incentive outcomes.
* Develop and implement SOPs for aftermarket processes to drive consistency and best practices across the business.###
** Inventory & Demand Optimization
*** Analyze inventory performance—including slow‐moving and excess stock—and recommend strategies to optimize working capital.
* Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts and installed base needs.##
