Manager, Business Integration – P2P / Payment Systems

Location: St. Louis, MO – Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite

Duration: 12 months, possible conversion

We are seeking candidates with prior Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Payment Systems project experience. Candidates with experience coordinating P2P, payment processing, ERP, supplier onboarding, or related financial systems implementations are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Business Integration team supports strategic business initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and transformation projects. This position will focus on project coordination and execution within the Shared Services organization, with a particular emphasis on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and payment processing initiatives.

This is a hands-on, task-oriented project management role
. The successful candidate will take project plans and task lists, coordinate across multiple teams, follow up on deliverables, identify issues and dependencies, and hold stakeholders accountable to keep projects moving through completion.

• Manage and coordinate integration and implementation projects, primarily involving P2P and/or payment processing systems

• Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Follow up with project teams and stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and related implementation activities.
• Work with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Technology, Shared Services, and other cross-functional teams.
• Track project status, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies and

• Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines across projects.
• Participate in meetings, take detailed notes, document action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Support ERP and financial systems implementations and integrations.
• Assist with M&A integration and other business transformation initiatives as needed.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and ask questions to ensure requirements and responsibilities are understood.
• Help drive projects from planning through implementation and completion.

• Intermediate to advanced project management experience.
• Prior experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), payment processing/payment systems, or related financial operations projects.
• Experience managing detailed project plans, task lists, milestones, and dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up with stakeholders, drive accountability, and keep projects on track.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and speaking up when clarification is needed.
• Experience with ERP, financial, procurement, or enterprise systems is highly desirable.
• Prior implementation, integration, transformation, or M&A project experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

The strongest candidates will have experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Business Integration Manager, P2P Project Manager, Payment Systems Project Manager, or similar and have worked on projects involving P2P, payment processing, supplier onboarding, ERP/financial systems, or shared services.
