Lead Market Research Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week)
Our client is looking for a Lead Market Research Analyst to join a market research team that brings the voice of the customer to business lines across the organization. This is a hands-on research and analytics role. You’ll own customer surveys from start to finish (planning, building, running, analyzing and reporting) and turn the results into insights and recommendations that shape strategy, roadmaps and customer experience improvements.
Your work will fall into two buckets:
- Recurring work. Monthly reports and deliverables built on transactional surveys. Customers get a survey after they interact with the company by phone, online or in the field. The team manages the platform that sends out and collects those surveys, then analyzes the data and reports out.
- Ad hoc work. Surveys that internal teams request without much notice. You’ll fit these into the existing workload as they come in. Some run about 3 weeks start to finish, and some end up becoming recurring studies.
This is a straight analyst role, not data science or data engineering. What matters most is market research and analytics expertise. If your research background is strong and you’re lighter on some of the tools, that’s fine. There’s a ramp-up period on the team’s tools.
Schedule- Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site:

- Partner with business line stakeholders, answer their questions about results, and build relationships they trust

- Update and fix stakeholder dashboards, build custom data cuts, and pull survey data manually when needed
