The Construction Superintendent will take ownership of renovation projects from move‑out to completion. This role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and financial oversight skills, with a focus on delivering projects that are on time, on budget, and exceed owner expectations.

• Conduct thorough move‑out inspections.
• Build accurate and detailed renovation estimates.
• Obtain owner approvals efficiently.
• Onboard, coordinate, and manage vendor partners.
• Perform quality control on completed renovations.

• Revenue Rate:
  Percentage of estimated revenue approved by owners.
• Close Rate:
  Percentage of projects approved.
• Margin:
  Profit percentage on renovations.
• Project Lifespan:
  Average days from move‑out to completion.
• Owner Retention:
  Reduction in churned units/owners.

• 5+ years of construction management or project management experience (multi‑family or residential renovation strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and profitability.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools/software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
