Project Manager​/Estimator

We are looking for highly motivated and proactive individuals to fill the open role of Project Manager/Estimator in a growing commercial restoration company. The ideal candidate has experience in both project management and estimating within the commercial/residential restoration industry and is eager to work in an urgent, fast-paced environment.

• 3‑5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, or MICA
• Strong IICRC qualifications (Fire, Water, Mold) are strongly encouraged
• Experience in commercial or residential construction
• Background in reconstruction/mitigation
• Highly motivated, proactive, and a creative problem solver
• Willingness to travel
• 5+ years using Xactimate and 2+ years with insurance estimating programs (e.g., Xact Analysis)
• 2+ years “write and run” experience (estimating, project management, contractor coordination)
• Prior insurance adjuster background preferred
• Proficient in Xactimate with strong multi‑tasking and collaboration skills
• Self‑motivated and highly structured, organized, and disciplined
• IICRC certifications (WRT, FRT) are a bonus; experience can substitute for formal certifications
