-Civil/Water & Wastewater at our Tarlton HQ facility.

Required Qualifications:

Your Skillset:
-Leadership & Organizational Expertise:
You know how to lead teams, keep projects on track, and maintain productivity across all phases of construction.
-Outstanding Communication:
Whether it's through clear, concise emails, presentations, or team meetings, you effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
-Client Centric Mindset:
You're committed to delivering exceptional service, always putting the needs of the client at the forefront of every decision.
-Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with Procore (or similar programs) and construction estimating software (a plus!).
-Construction Know-How:
You understand the ins and outs of construction schedules, cost control, reading contract documents, and interpreting specifications, making you the go-to problem solver.
-Safety First:
You have the ability (or willingness) to obtain OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid certifications to maintain a safe job site.
-Travel Ready:
You're open to regional travel (Missouri and adjacent states) as needed to ensure the success of your projects.

Your Background:
-Experience in Civil /Water & Wastewater Operations:
At least 10 years of hands-on experience with steady career progression in this field.
-Project Supervision Excellence:
You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a supervisory, foreman, or superintendent role overseeing civil, water/wastewater plant, and/or civil industrial projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
-Expert in Construction:
You know construction methods inside and out-from means and methods to cost control and documentation.
-Estimating

Experience:

While not required, prior experience in estimating will set you apart.
-Field

Experience:

Practical experience leading self-performed heavy concrete, structural excavation and trenching, piling and shoring, equipment (millwright) installation, and underground piping activities as well as oversight of subcontracted electrical, process piping, and mechanical/equipment work.
