Mechanical Construction Project Scheduler

Full-Time | $90,000-$125,000

We're hiring a Project Scheduler to join our Data Analytics team. Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of experience in project scheduling or project management with a desire to specialize in scheduling. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage design and construction schedules using Primavera P6
• Work with Project Managers, engineers, and contractors to plan and track projects
• Create resource- and cost-loaded schedules, including critical milestones and long-lead items
• Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet deadlines
• Communicate schedule impacts and resolve conflicts across teams
• Perform site walkdowns if needed and support operational planning

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in project scheduling or project management with scheduling experience
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6; MS Project experience a plus
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident, proactive, and committed to finding solutions
