Tarlton is a St. Louis-based commercial, institutional, and industrial contractor. Our Special Projects Group handles the work that keeps our clients’facilities running — renovations, upgrades, tenant work, and fast-turn projects delivered under a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with a long-standing client.
The rhythm is different from a single large build. Several projects move at once, schedules are short, and the client counts on us being easy towork with. The Project Coordinator sits at the center of that: you set project sup, keep the paperwork and systems straight, and close them out. If you want tolearn how a construction project actually runs from award through turnover, this is one of the best seats in the company to do it — and it is the firststep in our project management career path.
