This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO for experienced sealing and paving professionals. Team members will perform asphalt paving, seal coating, milling, striping, and related site preparation and cleanup on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining paving and sealing equipment, following project plans and specifications, and working safely in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

The role involves reading job layouts, assisting with traffic control when needed, coordinating with crew leaders to complete projects efficiently, and communicating professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and occasionally customers. Work is primarily outdoors and may include weekend or phased scheduling to meet customer needs.

• Experience with asphalt paving, seal coating, and related surface preparation, including working on parking lots, roads, and driveways.
• Ability to safely operate paving, milling, and sealing equipment and perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Knowledge of job site safety practices, traffic control procedures, and adherence to OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Capability to read and follow project instructions, markings, and layouts, and to work accurately with measurements.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills, with a focus on quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the St. Louis metropolitan area; CDL is a plus.
• Previous experience in asphalt paving, seal coating, concrete work, or drainage solutions is highly preferred; willingness to learn and cross-train across services is beneficial.
