Project Engineer, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

$80000 - $90000 per year | St. Louis, MO | On-site | Permanent

• 30+ year St. Louis GC with long-standing repeat clients
• Small, tight-knit team: direct exposure to PMs and leadership, not buried in a big-firm org chart
• Clear path to Assistant PM to PM
• Diverse project mix: retail, restaurant, commercial, industrial, interior finish, renovation and ground-up work

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders from start to closeout
• Track schedules, budgets, and procurement with the PM
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and design teams
• Review drawings and specs and flag conflicts early
• Run meeting minutes, logs, and project documentation
• Support jobsite walks, punch lists, and closeout packages
