Construction Manager​/Senior Construction Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a global developer and owner-operator building out a US hyperscale data center platform. This is owner-side work - you'll represent the owner on site, directing the general contractor and trades, rather than delivering someone else's scope.

Each site has its own dedicated Construction Manager. You'll be based in one location and own it, not rotating between states.

The platform is scaling quickly and the team is deliberately lean, so this suits someone who's comfortable making decisions, setting up their own processes and operating without a large corporate structure behind them.

• Own construction delivery on ground-up data center builds as the owner's senior representative on site
• Lead and manage the field team day to day across CSA and MEP scopes
• Direct general contractor and subcontractor performance — holding the schedule, enforcing quality and safety, and resolving field issues before they reach the critical path
• Drive data hall build-out, from shell and core through fit-out, testing and commissioning readiness
• Manage schedule, procurement sequencing and long-lead equipment to protect delivery milestones
• Report progress, risk and cost position to senior leadership

• 8+ years in construction management
• Data center construction experience - specifically, you know how to build data halls
• Proven experience managing a field team on new construction, ground-up data center builds
• Familiarity with hyperscale or large-scale mission critical construction
• Strong track record managing GC and subcontractor relationships on site
• Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship
• A stable employment history with a record of seeing projects through
• Based in or willing to relocate to the St. Louis area - this is a site-based role, not a travel rotation

• Established relationships in the Kansas, Ohio, Illinois or Texas construction markets

• Site ownership on a ground-up hyperscale build, owner-side
