Summary: A growing power delivery firm is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to support electric distribution construction projects across the Midwest. This position is ideal for a seasoned utility construction professional who has advanced through the field, leading crews, foremen, general foremen, and superintendents, and is now looking to take on a broader leadership role focused on mentorship, operational excellence, and project execution.

The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for:- Providing leadership and mentorship to field management teams
- Supporting superintendents and foremen across multiple projects
- Driving safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
- Assisting with workforce planning and resource allocation
- Supporting project planning, scheduling, and construction execution
- Building strong relationships with utility clients and key stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve field performance and operational efficiency
- 10+ years of utility construction experience
- Strong background in electric distribution construction
- Experience managing crews, foremen, general foremen, and superintendents
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license
