This position will be working on the VIKING team.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to oversee and manage all aspects of our content production, excluding reels and Tik Tok live streams. This role is responsible for shaping the creative direction of our brand across diverse media, including packaging photography, see‑it‑in‑action videos, campaign assets, and more. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong portfolio, expert storytelling ability, and a passion for delivering engaging content that drives brand growth and consumer engagement.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that aligns with brand goals, voice, and visual identity.
- Direct and manage production of packaging photos, product videos, lifestyle imagery, website content, and other visual assets as needed.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, concept development, and creative briefs for new campaigns and projects.
- Oversee content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all channels (excluding reels and Tik Tok lives).
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of content into broader brand initiatives.
- Maintain high standards for creative quality, accuracy, and brand consistency in all deliverables.
- Monitor content performance and adapt strategies to optimize audience engagement and ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging content formats, and competitor activities.
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction, content management, or a similar role within a consumer brand or agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types, including photography, video, and digital campaigns.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
- Expert knowledge of creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
