Senior Designer

At HLK, Senior Designers bring ideas to life with craft, precision, and a deep love for design. In this role you’ll deliver outstanding design systems, visual identities, and executional excellence across mediums. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to ensure every detail meets the highest standard, while also influencing art directions and production artists to elevate the design culture at HLK.

• Design across print, digital, social, motion, and branding media
• Translate concepts into polished, strategically aligned designs
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems, ensuring consistency across executions
• Provide design mentorship to junior designers and studio team members
• Partner with Creative Directors and Copywriters to align visuals with ideas
• Apply deep knowledge of typography, layout, color, and composition
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure flawless final deliverables
• Elevate presentation and client-facing materials with high design craft
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies
• Maintain a strong point of view and push for bold, unexpected solutions
