The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. As a part‑time role covering Monday‑Sunday shifts, you will handle all front desk activities, greet members, answer phones, process new member sign‑ups, give tours, update accounts, address inquiries promptly, and maintain the club’s cleanliness.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Process new member sign‑ups.
• Take prospective members on tours of the facility.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner and elevate issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

• Preferred customer service background.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding members’ expectations.
• Strong listening skills with ability to empathize and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated diplomacy in all interactions using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work a set schedule Monday‑Friday (40 hours per week).

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
