• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
