Customer Service Representative

Base pay range: $19.50/hr - $19.50/hr

Wage $19.50 per hour. Potential to earn up to $300 monthly bonus. Full‑time with benefits. Must live in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area. Training:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (3 weeks). 2nd‑shift availability:
Monday‑Friday 2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

• Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
• Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments, and answer customer questions.
• Process a variety of administrative tasks as a result of the customer call or chat.
• Consistently meet established performance metrics and quality standards.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet availability requirements, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
• Ability to attend two‑week training from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and upbeat telephone voice.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
