* Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally

* Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes

* Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions

* Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking

* Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs

* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company standards

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

* Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues

* Food service industry knowledge is a plus but not required

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Must be able to pass a criminal background check
