About the Role
The Customer Service Specialist (Sales & Account Support) is a customer-focused role designed for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being a key point of contact throughout the order process.
In this role, you'll support customers and the sales team by answering questions, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who wants to grow their skills in a professional B2B environment.
What You'll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries by phone and email
Assist with quotes, order entry, and order tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and customer follow-up
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM and internal systems
Help resolve routine customer questions or issues in a professional, timely manner
Assist with sales meetings, trade shows, and customer events as needed
What We're Looking For
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, or an administrative support role
Experience in B2B customer service or order processing is a plus, but not required

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
