* Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards

* Process cash and credit card transactions

* Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Assist with various in-store tasks as needed

* Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

* Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues

* Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

* Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems

* Food handling experience or willingness to learn proper techniques

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

* Previous customer service experience is a plus
