Summary:
The Call Center team has the responsibility for delivering first in performance of customers' needs before, during and after the sale. This includes quoting, order management, problem solving, order entry and customer support processes.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency
* Strong customer negotiation skills
* Ability to effectively handle customer-related complaints and issues
* Ability to tolerate interruptions
* Ability to adhere to a strict timeline
* Ability to check others' work for accuracy
* Ability to interact with customers effectively and build rapport
* Ability to manage time effectively
* Ability to pay close attention to detail
