Job Description
- Answering questions on members benefit plans.
- A typical day will be 50 calls and on a day with higher volume it could be up to 70 although that is rare.
- Must be comfortable multi-tasking by speaking with the member and documenting information while on the phone with the member.
Start Date:
2/23/2026
Pay: $21.00/Hr
Training: 4 weeks in length Monday - Friday. First two weeks will be M-F 8am-4:30pm CST. The last two weeks will be on the job training in the set schedule.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 9:00pm (8-hour shift). Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm rotation once per quarter.
Location:
100% Remote. May sit out of any of the approved states: IA, IL, KS, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TX, WI
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Qualifications- High school diploma
- 2+ years of call center experience; healthcare insurance is strongly preferred
- Preferred experience working remote.
