Figure is seeking a customer service oriented teammate in a CSA role to provide product, technical, and educational support to potential and existing customers. You will be the primary contact, troubleshoot issues, and help secure renewals with empathetic and timely service.
You will educate customers on Figure and our products, participate in training and licensing programs, and contribute to an energetic office culture while supporting licensing processes and continuous improvement.
