We’re hiring: Manufacturing Customer Support Specialist

Kelly Services is partnering with a manufacturer in Chesterfield, MO, for a direct hire opportunity supporting international customers.

Type: On-site

Pay: $24-$28/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.

-4:30 p.m.

What you’ll do:

• Support an assigned international customer territory, communicating primarily through email.
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders accurately.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to review dimensions, tolerances, and customer requirements.
• Ask questions to clarify missing information and coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments.
• Investigate order issues, resolve customer concerns, and communicate updates through completion.

What we’re looking for:

• At least two years of experience in technical customer support, order processing, manufacturing support, or a related role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills; ERP experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• International customer experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
