Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants. Nuvia Dental Implant Center is looking for a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our St. Louis, MO location to help redefine dental implant excellence. Nuvia uses cutting edge technology and processes to deliver permanent teeth in 24 hours.

We offer a flexible engagement model with 1099 contracting and options for part-time or full-time schedules. Typical surgical hours are Monday-Thursday starting at 7am, with availability for 1-4 days a week depending on the need.

Compensation and Conditions
  • Potential earnings of $500,000 - $1,000,000+ per year, with per-arch rates and volume-based bonuses
  • CRNA, sedation and secure airway provided for every case
  • All fixed AOX cases; no singles or multiples
  • Permanent next-day restoration; permanent prostheses delivered in 24 hours by on-site restorative doctors
  • Titanium bar cross stabilization and digital workflow to improve prosthetic passivity
  • Option to work part-time or full-time; no non-compete or restrictive covenants
  • Hands-on complex case training from experienced clinicians
Responsibilities
  • Perform dental implant surgery including extraction of teeth and alveollectomy as necessary
  • Collaborate with the restorative doctor for treatment planning to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Examine, diagnose and provide comprehensive treatment plans
  • Adhere to center policies, safety guidelines, OSHA and MSDS requirements
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
  • Engage in team collaboration and participate in peer reviews and mentorship
Duties – Day in the Life
  • Punctual arrival for surgical prep
  • Review patient health history, radiographs and treatment plans
  • Perform surgeries in a team setting and document comprehensive notes
  • Collaborate with team on upcoming cases and patient care
Qualifications
  • Graduation from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD) required
  • Post-graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery
  • Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Missouri
  • DEA registration
  • Current CPR (BLS) from AHA or Red Cross
  • Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
  • Experience with All-on-X procedure
