• Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
• 3 years+ experience as a Dentist or Clinical Director with a mind for mentorship and growth.
• Active license and has any needed certificates. Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to help your dentists and office succeed.
• Excellent chair-side experience, leadership, and teambuilding skills.
• Lead an engaged team of dental professionals with Lumio Dental.
• Ethical and willing to stay in compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
