Blue Jay Dental has an excellent associate position available with a client in St. Louis, MO. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dentist with a passion for implant dentistry. This opportunity is a focused position dedicated to the restoration of implants only and requires aminimum of five years of experience (or a prosthodontist) to join a busy, high-tech practice focused on complex implant cases.

Our client is a well-established practice located in a Medical complex in St. Louis. They are looking for an associate dentist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills for implant restorationand a personality that fits a team-oriented, high-tech environment. The practice is a paperless, all fee-for-service clinic specializing in adult care, particularly complex implant restorations.

• Perform complex implant restorations
  , including All-on-X cases.
• Conduct patient consultations for implant procedures.
• Utilize digital dental workflows for pre- and post-surgery records.
• Deliver surgical and final prostheses
  .
• Offer mentorship on advanced implant restoration techniques.

  Monday - Thursday
• Operatories: 11 total, with 5 dedicated to the implant clinic.
• Equipment: This is a technology-driven practice with state-of-the-art equipment, including two CBCT scanners (Planmeca and Acteon),
  three 3D printers (Sprintray and Shinning),
  multiple intraoral scanners
  , photogrammetry
  , CEREC
  , and Xnav dynamic guided surgery
  .
• Charting Software: Eaglesoft (paperless)
• Patient Base: 100% adults, all fee-for-service.
• Base Salary: $250,000 for the first year.
• Compensation Structure: Base salary plus a bonus per case completed, with high-income potential. Current associates make a high income on a four-day schedule.
• Benefits: Medical insurance, 401(k), and a $5,000 annual continuing education (CE) allowance

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Valid MO license and DEA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general dentistry (or a prosthodontist).
• Proven clinical skills in implant restoration and digital dentistry.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
