In this role, you will be a part of the Aviation Buildings team, of the Buildings Sector, based in St, Louis, Missouri.

• Prepare construction documents in coordination with multi‑discipline project team of architects and engineers.
• Coordinate project requirements and development of construction documents with sub‑consultants.
• Meet with product vendors to review specific products to be incorporated into the projects.
• Perform code reviews and meet independently with local code officials to review and determine specific local code requirements and project compliance.
• Perform bid phase and construction phase tasks including site visits, review of shop drawings, responding to requests for information, and issuing clarifications.
• Lead the development of design alternatives using a variety of media, including computer visualization and physical models, working in coordination with and oversight of the Principal Architect.
• Lead the development of presentation documents and make design presentations to clients.

• Degree in architecture required from an Accredited University. Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must have demonstrated ability to use computer software for design.
• Must have detailed knowledge of all phases of architectural and engineering practice.
• Must be proficient in the production of contract documents including Technical Specifications.
• Must be proficient in production with Revit and Auto Cad.
• Experience with Sketch Up, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Rhino, V‑Ray, and other imaging and rendering software.

The salary range for this role is $78,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
