Electrical Aircraft/Aviation Workplace Coach supports a large aerospace client in Berkeley, MO. This full‑time, onsite position benefits employees and operates on the 1st shift.

• Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyze and interpret data. Provide feedback on assessment results.
• Work with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
• Work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
• Work under general direction.

• 5+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly installation.
• Experience working with fiber optics.
• Completed a blueprint reading class.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources.

• Experience with coaching one or more individuals at a time and providing feedback.
• Understanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process‑driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality.
• Works well in a collaborative team environment.
• Has the ability to adjust course in a dynamic shop floor manufacturing environment.

General physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on the location of assignment.

• Sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Fingering (typing), communicating, repetitive motions.
• Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting.
• Indoor environmental conditions with protection from outside elements.
