Position Summary:
Clinical Radiologists (“CR”) is a radiologist-owned private practice with 40 radiologists providing service at multiple hospitals and clinics throughout the St. Louis Metro area of Missouri and Illinois. CR would like to add an additional breast imager or a general diagnostic radiologist with interest and experience in mammography. A 100% mammographer or a radiologist interested in 50% diagnostic and 50% mammography would be ideal.
This is a full partnership track, onsite position in our St. Louis Metro hospitals. We are also interested in part-time or onsite locums candidates.
- A full time mammographer or a balance of general diagnostic imaging and mammography
- 40 Radiologists
- CR provides service for 20 hospitals and additional imaging centers
- Fellowship-trained subspecialty radiologists
- Transparent, democratic practice with collaborative management
- CR receives financial support from all of our hospital contracts, allowing the group to remain competitive.
- The shareholders of CR have no interest in selling the practice and are determined to remain a strong independent group
- Governance is directed by a Board of Directors
- CR has professional group management and support through Radiology Business Solutions ()
CR and RBS are not corporate or private equity-owned organizations.
Compensation and Benefit Package:- $550,000 guaranteed first-year salary for 100% mammography. Potential for more with production incentives.
- Or $500,000 guaranteed first-year salary for a general radiologist interested in approximately 50% mammography. Potential for more with production incentives.
- $25k sign-on bonus
- 1 year to shareholder status for full-time
- Benefits package includes
- $70k retirement profit-sharing plan fully funded year one. This is in ADDITION to W2 income.
