Join Sunset Hills Adult Medicine located in the highly sought after Sunset Hills in Missouri. BJC Medical Group is a non‑for‑profit healthcare system dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive learning environment. We are excited to announce the opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team at a brand new facility at Sunset Hills Adult Medicine.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician with a strong background and/or training in outpatient medicine. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing a patient rapport and building a brand new practice while collaborating with other practitioners.

• Provide outpatient medical care, ensuring high‑quality treatment for patients.
• Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a team‑oriented approach to patient care.
• Manage a patient panel of approximately 16 patients per day, including overseeing personal in‑basket tasks and communications.

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine

• Two year guarantee of $270,000/year followed by a wRVU team based compensation model.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule.

Role Purpose

The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician’s ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient‑specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.

• Manages the medical care of patient panel by providing or otherwise arranging for inpatient hospital care of physician’s patients, either through regular hospital rounds, making arrangements with one or more hospitalist(s) or other qualified physician to provide coverage for physician’s hospitalized patients consistent with Medical Staff requirements.
