Join the Mad Science team and bring hands-on, jaw-dropping science fun to classrooms across St. Louis!

• Make a Difference: Be a hero to kids as you guide them through exciting experiments, fascinating demonstrations, and imaginative activities.
• Flexible & Fun: Perfect for college students, part-time workers, or anyone looking for a rewarding side gig.
• No Science Degree Needed: If you have energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with kids, we’ll train you on the rest!

• Teach 1-hour, high-energy science classes at schools throughout St. Louis.
• Engage groups of up to 20 kids (ages 5-12) with activities like launching rockets, creating chemical reactions, and generating electricity.
• Work 2-4 afternoons a week (Monday-Thursday) with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

• Classes start in January
• Time Commitment: 2 hours per day, between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM.
• Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour.
• Support: We provide training, curriculum, materials, and a Mad Science lab coat!

• Experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, teaching, Sunday School teaching).
• High-energy, outgoing personality to captivate young students.
• Reliable transportation and availability at least two afternoons per week.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Whether you’re teaching kids how robots work, building catapults, or blowing their minds with a chemical experiment, you’ll leave each class knowing you’ve made a difference.
