Join to apply for the Before & After Care Program Site Coordinator
- Part Time Role (25-30 Hours) role at Saint Louis Public Schools
At KIPP St. Louis, we believe every moment in a child’s day should be filled with growth, curiosity, and joy—even before the first bell and after the last! Our Before & After Care Program is all about extending the magic of learning beyond the school day in a safe, structured, and fun environment where K–4 students can thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
As the Site Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the program—leading daily operations, building joyful routines, supporting staff, and connecting with families. You’ll help create a space where every child feels seen, supported, and excited to be there. Reporting to the Before & After Care Manager, this role also plays a key part in advancing KIPP St. Louis’ community work—breaking down barriers to access, fostering belonging, and embracing culturally responsive practices that reflect the brilliance of our kids and community.
