Job Summary

Paraprofessional to support K-8 in ELA, Math and other subject areas. Experience working with students with learning needs preferred but not required



Job Responsibilities

• Support student in ELA, Math, and other subjects.
• Work with the classroom teacher to adapt lessons and materials.
• Assist with assignments, organization, and task completion.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
• Encourage student engagement and confidence.
• Promote social and communication skill development.
• Maintain confidentiality and support the school's Catholic values.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with middle school students or learning needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, supportive, and team-oriented.
