• Collaborate with educators to design and execute educational programs aligned with GASA philosophy and curriculum.
• Ensure a secure and nurturing classroom environment, adhering to licensing protocols, accreditation standards, and Head Start mandates.
• Utilize instructional materials, daily schedules, and behavior management strategies to manage the classroom.
• Maintain documentation of developmental progress, personalized plans, journal entries, and required reports.
• Foster communication with parents to support child learning and development.

Hold an Associate’s degree (AA), Child Development Associate (CDA), or equivalent background. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. Working toward further education in Early Childhood Education or obtaining CDA certification; relevant experience considered in lieu of formal education.
