• Associate’s Degree in child development or related field;
  Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting.
• Completion of state‑required pre‑service training and ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Physical ability to actively engage with children and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for early education and resilience to create magical learning moments.
