• Provide one-on-one coaching to teachers through regular observations, feedback sessions, and modeling of best practices.
• Facilitate grade-level or content-area team meetings to analyze student data and plan instructional strategies.
• Plan and deliver high-quality professional development aligned with Friendly Academy’s instructional priorities.
• Assist teachers in lesson planning, assessment creation, and alignment with curriculum standards.
• Offer real-time feedback during instruction to enhance teaching practices.

• Support the implementation of Friendly Academy’s instructional and curricular systems.
• Collaborate with the Director of Academics to align curriculum and assessments with student learning goals.
• Facilitate assessment cycles, including preparation, administration, and data analysis.

• Build strong relationships with teachers, students, and families to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Partner with the CEO to create a cohesive academic vision.
• Work closely with the culture and operations teams to ensure consistency in school-wide practices.

• Use formative and summative assessment data to identify trends, inform coaching, and drive instructional improvements.
• Monitor student progress and work with teachers to implement targeted interventions.

• MO teacher certification is required; additional coaching or leadership certifications are preferred.
• Bachelors Degree is required, Masters preferred
• At least three years of teaching experience, with a demonstrated record of student growth and achievement.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teachers to improve instructional practices.
• Strong knowledge of High-Quality Instructional Material, lesson internalization, and effective teaching strategies, and assessment.
• Alignment with Friendly Academy’s mission and values.
