As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will work to increase student count, ensuring each student continues to grow, develop, and enjoys playing music while nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.
Impact- Store Culture & Excellence:
- Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
- Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
- Assist with Customer service as needed, building long-term students.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Student & Parent Partnership:
- Partner with students and families through frequent communication.
- Communicate progress to students/parents.
- Share goals and progress frequently.
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
- Ability to teach the instrument in which you are proficient (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
- Skilled demonstration of competency in the teaching area.
