KIPP St. Louis Public Schools is a network of tuition‑free, public charter schools serving over 2,400 preK‑12 students across six schools in St. Louis. With five founding schools between 2009 and 2019, KIPP St. Louis currently serves over 1,300 students, with plans to expand to serve nearly 2,600 students and many alumni at full growth.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Site Coordinator role based in St. Louis, MO. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily school operations and ensuring that all programs and activities run smoothly. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, overseeing logistical needs, supporting staff and student activities, and collaborating with school leadership to maintain an effective learning environment. The role also includes building relationships with families, staff, and the broader community to foster engagement and support for the school’s mission.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to coordinate schedules and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with school leadership, staff, families, and community stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and ensure seamless school‑wide operations.
  • Problem‑solving abilities and adaptability to manage day‑to‑day logistical challenges and ensure the school operates efficiently.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and technology tools to support administrative and operational tasks.
  • Experience working in educational settings or with children is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory. Relevant work experience will be considered.
