Upper Room KC is seeking a Youth Development Leader to support our licensed After school Program. This part-time role plans engaging activities and ensures a safe, inclusive environment for youth under supervision of the Site Director.
Ideal candidates are at least 21, experienced with youth, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required, along with background screening and compliance with Missouri DHSS rules.
