EssentialJob Duties:
- Provide a safe environment for students to conduct their meeting/activity.
- Ensure that district and school policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure that room/area is secured and the facility is left in good repair.
- Reserve space for meetings as appropriate.
- Meet outside of the normal school day.
- Complete club application form & submit form to the building principal for final approval.
- Take roll and keep a roster of all students participating in the club.
- Contact parents if students are absent more than twice without parent notice.
- Keep hours/attendance on the provided sheet & return to the office at the end of each semester.
