Field Service Power Generation Technician

Base Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

With over 2,500 team members nationwide, we support wireless and wireline telecom, commercial and utility‑scale solar and wind projects, EV charging stations, and large‑scale power generation and energy storage assets.

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair generators on cell‑phone towers.
• Perform performance checks and regular maintenance on generators.
• Install water and fuel supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, and controls, and test for proper operation.
• Respond promptly to power/generator alarms and be on call 24/7 if required.
• Work safely and follow all hazard mitigation procedures.

• 2+ years of generator maintenance experience (preferred) and at least 1 year of intense work‑related generator and electrical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, repair, electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, and moderate computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA OSHA regulations.

• Lifting over 50 lbs, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
• Must be willing to drive long distances and work day, evening, night hours, overtime, emergency callouts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must assume 24‑hour on‑call duty when assigned and be away from home for extended periods.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
