Description
Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who desires to join a growing organization and has an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work.
The Project Manager - Balance will lead or assist in the balancing of steam turbines, gas turbines, and generators, focusing on hands-on involvement, including:
- Collaborating with hourly workforce for task completion with minimal direction.
- Executing production plans prioritizing safety and quality.
- Preparing drawings and process instructions.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
- Operating and troubleshooting PLC systems.
- Contributing as a team member in mechanical assemblies.
- Supervising, operating, and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Performing the balancing of power generation equipment.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to apply knowledge to hands-on solutions.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Availability for night and weekend work as required.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
