Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who desires to join a growing organization and has an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work.

The Project Manager - Balance will lead or assist in the balancing of steam turbines, gas turbines, and generators, focusing on hands-on involvement, including:

• Collaborating with hourly workforce for task completion with minimal direction.
• Executing production plans prioritizing safety and quality.
• Preparing drawings and process instructions.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Operating and troubleshooting PLC systems.
• Contributing as a team member in mechanical assemblies.
• Supervising, operating, and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Performing the balancing of power generation equipment.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to apply knowledge to hands-on solutions.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Availability for night and weekend work as required.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
