From modern campuses to high-performance facilities, you’ll support energy planning, carbon reduction, and building automation optimization to improve operational performance. Using building analytics, site surveys, and advanced monitoring tools, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to develop data-driven solutions that align with client sustainability goals.

This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience — with mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow your expertise from day one.
** Principal Responsibilities*
* ** Required Qualifications and Skills
** No experience required, internship experience in the building design engineering industry preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to listen effectively, and solicit input from others

Strong organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage resource procurement and utilization

Ability to fit into our culture of growth, innovation, accountability, and adaptability Knowledge and implementation experience of national and local energy conservation codes and local laws preferred

Knowledge of local, state and federal tax rebate and incentive programs Knowledge of energy utilities, and operational and embodied carbon Ability to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays

Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
