As an Automation Engineer, you'll leverage your technical expertise to design and implement software solutions that seamlessly integrate with and control hardware systems. This role offers a balance of independent work and cross-functional collaboration, including client interaction, project coordination, and building long-term partnerships.

• Develop applications following industry standards and best practices to exceed client expectations.
• Commission and troubleshoot automation solutions at customer sites (domestic and international travel required).
• Work with leading industrial platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Ignition.
• Stay current with emerging technologies while gaining exposure to sales, business development, and project processes.
• Contribute to system architecture design and execute engineering tasks across all project phases.
• Lead multiple projects, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Mentor and guide new team members, fostering technical growth.
• Communicate deliverables effectively and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or related field).
• Strong programming skills, including text-based languages and object-oriented concepts.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and working directly with clients.
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, Motion Control, Process Control, HMI, SCADA, Robotics, Machine Vision, etc.).
• Interest in working across diverse industries.
• Leadership or mentoring experience in technical project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development.
• Willingness to travel 10%-20%.
