Max Pay Rate: $52/hr
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support discovery, redesign, and documentation of future-state processes within an enterprise environment. This role requires strong facilitation skills, deep knowledge of process mapping standards, and the ability to translate business operations into clear, accurate process designs.
The ideal candidate has experience engaging stakeholders, supporting moderately complex process engineering initiatives, and building structured process maps in platforms such as iGrafx
.
Facilitate process discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead efforts to redesign and document future-state processes aligned with business needs.
Develop clear, standardized process maps
, flows, and documentation.Analyze moderately complex process engineering challenges with multiple variables.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency with enterprise policies and compliance requirements.
Contribute to deliverables, planning activities, and process engineering standards.
4+ years of Process Engineering experience
, OR equivalent via consulting, training, or military background.Strong understanding of process mapping standards
, including notation, structure, and hierarchy.Experience facilitating process discovery workshops or mapping sessions.
Familiarity with enterprise-level process engineering practices, governance, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with iGrafx (strong advantage).
Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate technical and business language.
Analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate complex process scenarios
