• Create 2D and 3D mechanical and plumbing drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop detailed construction drawings based on engineering markups, design standards, and project specs.
• Work closely with engineers, CAD/BIM staff, project managers, and field foremen to produce accurate, buildable layouts.
• Update and revise drawings through various project phases—from concept to as-builts.
• Help support prefabrication by generating spool sheets and coordinated shop drawings.
• Participate in coordination meetings with GCs, architects, and other subcontractors.

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and markups.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
