Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Business Process Engineer. The role requires hands‑on process engineering support, including facilitation of discovery workshops, redesigning processes, and documenting them accurately.

Location: St. Louis, MO (3 Days Onsite)

Contract: Fulltime‑W2 Contract (Duration: 3+ months)

The role involves participation in planning activities tied to large‑scale process engineering deliverables and collaborating with client personnel to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

• Consult and participate in moderately complex Process Engineering initiatives and deliverables.
• Assist in large‑scale planning efforts related to process engineering activities.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate moderately complex process challenges, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to assess variable factors.
• Support the resolution of issues and partner with cross‑functional teams to meet process engineering deliverables.
• Apply a solid understanding of Process Engineering principles, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to redesign future‑state processes.
• Create and maintain detailed process maps aligned with established process mapping standards.

• Business Process Improvement
• Business Process Management
• iGrafx (preferred; experience is a significant advantage)
• Strong understanding of process mapping standards and methodologies
• Experience facilitating discovery and future‑state design sessions

Between $50-55 per hour
