We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to lead advanced modeling and analytical initiatives that support business stakeholders, analysts, and warfighters. In this role, you will define and evaluate system and data requirements critical to NGA’s mission—delivering timely, accurate, and actionable GEOINT solutions.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or 12 years of experience as a MS&A Engineer in lieu of degree.
• 12 years of working experience in government or industry modeling large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of tools development and use in cloud environments.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.

Desired:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
• Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.
• Machine learning experience.
• Senior-level working experience in Operations Research.

• Lead complex modeling efforts:
  Direct the design, development, and application of sophisticated models, tools, and algorithms to identify trends and patterns across large and complex datasets.
• Architectural and systems analysis:
  Guide modeling of NGA architectures, system requirements, and performance parameters while aligning efforts with NGA and NSG strategic goals and the future vision for GEOINT.
• Analytical modeling and decision support:
  Develop and oversee models that support analysis of alternatives, performance and design trade-offs, and new capability assessments. Formulate deployment strategies based on MS&A outcomes within existing NSG architectures and cloud environments.
• Mentorship and oversight:
  Provide technical leadership and direction to mid- and junior-level MS&A Engineers, ensuring high-quality analytical work and professional development across the team.

You are a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in modeling and simulation, a strong understanding of GEOINT mission needs, and a proven ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
