As a lead Project Manager on our Bridge team, you will coordinate and deliver complex bridge projects across the Midwest, expanding our client base, mentoring team members, and ensuring high‑quality execution.

• Lead efforts to grow the Bridge group and expand our client base.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets and track progress to manage financial success.
• Manage complex contract negotiations.
• Assemble and lead project teams, coordinating internal resources and aligning technical expertise with project goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between all parties involved in a project.
• Monitor progress and measure performance, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage change requests, execute risk management techniques, and minimize negative financial impact.
• Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work to confirm high quality and contract compliance.
• Maintain positive client relationships and focus on exceptional client service.
• Document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records.
• Supervise and mentor staff on project‑management best practices using Olsson tools.
• Adhere to regulations and enforce safety standards.

You Bring to the Team:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master’s degree or pursuit is a plus).
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design and related analysis/design programs (e.g., LARSA, LEAP Bridge Expertise, Lpile, SPColumn, or MDX).
• Expertise with MoDOT bridge projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Micro Station software preferred.
